Fifty years ago on July 20, 1969, American astronaut Neil Armstrong was the first human to step foot on the moon. When the Apollo 11’s lunar module the Eagle landed in Lake Tranquility, the famous words “The eagle has landed” was uttered by Neil Armstrong. Later on, after he stepped out onto the moon’s surface, he said “That’s one small step for a man, one giant leap for mankind.”
